The Fatea Showcase Sessions are designed to provide greater exposure to artists that have impressed the Fatea team. Some are already signed, others are carving a solo trail, releasing songs on their own labels, all are dedicated to their music Fatea Showcase Sessions are exclusively available for a three month period after which they will never be available again. The Fatea Showcase Sessions are zip files containing high quality, 256kbs, drm free, mp3s.

Biography:Apple Rabbits is the altar ego of one man band, singer, arranger, songwriter, Jay Fisher. His dynamic approach to his music ensures that you are never quite sure where his creative process are going to take you next.

Biography:Ninebarrow are a Dorset based duo, who combine tenor ukulele and vocal harmonies to create a rich blend of folk-influenced songs. They take much of their inspiration from the landscape and history of places they visit.

Kim Lowings & The Greenwood

Biography:Folk singer-songwriter Kim Lowings fronts a collective called The Greenwood. They play a mix of contemporary, original and traditional folk song and have supported acts such as Faustus and Belshazzar’s Feast.

The Cedars
Song:Extrication Row
Biography:A UK based Alt-Americana quartet, with soaring vocals, infectious rhythms and blasts of slide guitar and banjo. Plying tales of lost love, revenge and rural homicide, The Cedars manage to straddle the divide between the dancehalls of the 20’s and 30’s and right now.

Rosie Hodgson

Biography:Rosie is a talented singer/songwriter from Midhurst, West Sussex who, following a life surrounded by musical family and friends is now gaining her own strong following on the English folk scene. Rosie’s songs are heavily influenced by her love of literature.

Biography:TwoManTing was formed in 2004, when Jon Lewis and Jah-man Aggrey were working together in world/dance band Le Cod Afrique, performing regularly throughout the UK, and particularly on the Festival circuit from Glastonbury to Montreux.
